Inbox organizer

Your email,
sorted automatically.

Clafk groups every incoming email into the right category, keeps the ones that need you in your inbox, and moves the rest out of the way — automatically, before you open Gmail or Outlook.

The categories

Six categories.

Clafk uses the sender, subject, message content and your inbox preferences to categorise incoming mail. By default, To respond and To follow up stay in your inbox, while the other categories move out. You choose which categories stay in the inbox and which move out.

Gmail uses labels; Outlook uses folders. Clafk leaves messages you’ve already labelled yourself alone. See how Clafk decides which category each message belongs in.

Behind the scenes

From inbox
to sorted, in seconds.

Every new message goes through the same four steps. You don't see it happening — you just open Gmail and find it already done.

01 Email arrives A new message arrives in Gmail or Outlook.
02 Clafk reads Reads the sender, subject and content in seconds.
03 Picks a label Applies one of the six categories.
04 Lands sorted Kept in your inbox or moved out, before you open your mail.

Nothing is deleted. When you disconnect, Clafk leaves the labels and folders it created in place by default — or you can ask it to remove them and restore your messages.
