Email draft writer

Email reply drafts,
written in your voice.

Clafk drafts the replies that need you, in your voice, drawn from your sent mail and — when you add it — your own knowledge. Drafts wait in Gmail or Outlook for you to review, edit and send.

Personalised to your account.
Why drafts, not auto-send

You stay the writer.
Clafk does the typing.

Drafts give you the speed of an assistant without giving up the part that matters: every word that goes out is one you read and approved.

You approve every send.

Clafk does not send on its own. Drafts sit underneath the email until you read them, tweak if needed, and hit send.

Sounds like you.

Drafts learn your phrasing, your sign-offs, the small turns you'd make yourself — not a corporate template, not a generic AI tone.

Builds trust, not risk.

Auto-sent replies break trust the moment they get something wrong. A reviewed draft is much safer — you saw it before it left.

Drawn from your knowledge

Grounded in your
own documents.

Drafts are written for you, using what you have already written and documented. When relevant knowledge is available, Clafk uses it to ground the draft, so there is less guesswork in the first version you read.

Your sent mail

The voice every draft is written in. Greetings, sign-offs, how you phrase a decline.

Your docs — optional

Add pricing, policies, FAQs, documentation or website content when you want drafts grounded in your own knowledge. Drafts still work without it.

The thread

Every reply lives in context — what was asked, what was already said, what was decided. The draft doesn't restart the conversation.

The message itself

Who wrote in, what they asked, and the part of the message that matters for the reply.

Where the voice comes from

Your voice comes
from your sent mail.

Clafk builds a writing profile from your recent sent messages and uses it as context when preparing drafts. That profile is yours alone — it is never shared with other accounts, and your email is not used to train Clafk’s own models.

Clafk prepares drafts for messages that need a reply, such as 1: To respond and 2: To follow up. It skips messages that do not need a reply, and can skip a draft when a very short manual response would be quicker. See how Clafk decides when a draft is useful.
